Tropical Chicken and Pineapple -This fresh tasting tropical chicken meat recipe is succulently sweet, and very simple. Ingredients to make Tropical Chicken and Pineapple
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 15 ounce can pineapple chunks
2 Tablespoons butter
¼ Cup brown sugar packed
Salt and pepper
Directions to make Tropical Chicken and Pineapple
Step 1:Preheat oven to 375 F.
Step 2:Season chicken and brown, in butter, in oven 40 minutes, or until no longer pink on the inside. Remove from oven.
Step 3:Add pineapple and sugar, stir. Return to oven and continue cooking until liquid thickens and forms a sauce, @ 15 minutes.
