2 tb Peanut oil
1 t Minced garlic
1 lb Beef cut for stirfry
1 pn Red pepper flakes
3/4 lb Sea scallops
1 pn Red pepper flakes
1 1/4 c Sliced green onion
1 tb Water
1 pn Fresh ginger
1 pn White pepper
1 t Salt

Step 1:Heat oil in wok or large skillet until almost smoking. Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.
Step 2:Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.

Ingredients to make Garlic Beef and Broccoli

1 lb Beef steak
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds White pepper
1 1/2 lb Broccoli
1 ts Cornstarch
1 ts Sesame oil
1/4 c Chicken broth
1 lb Beef steak
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Finely chopped garlic
1 ts Finely chopped ginger root
2 tb Brown bean sauce
1 c Sliced canned bamboo shoots

Directions to make Garlic Beef and Broccoli

Step 1:Trim fat from beef steak; cut beef lengthwise into 2-inch strips. Cut strips crosswise into 1/8-inch slices. Toss beef, 1 tbs vegetable oil, the salt and white pepper in a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Step 2:Pare outer layer from broccoli stems. Cut broccoli lengthwise into 1-inch stems; remove flowerets. Cut stems into 1 inch pieces. Place broccoli in boiling water; heat to boiling. Cover and cook 2 minutes; drain. Immediately rinse in cold water; drain.
Step 3:Mix cornstarch, sesame oil and broth. Heat 12-inch skillet or wok until very hot. Add 2 tbs vegetable oil; rotate skillet to coat bottom. Add beef; stir-fry 2 minutes or until beef is brown. Remove beef from skillet. Heat skillet until very hot.
Step 4:Add 1 tbs vegetable oil; rotate skillet to coat bottom. Add garlic, ginger root and bean sauce; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add bamboo shoots; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in beef and broccoli. Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook and stir 15 seconds or until thickened.

1 c red bell pepper
2 TB White wine vinegar

Step 1:Trim fat from beef, and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Heat oil in a large non-stic skillet over high heat until hot. Add beef, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until beef is done. Remove mixture from skillet; set aside and keep warm.
Step 2:Place skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 minutes.
Step 3:Return beef mixture to skillet, mix together until heated through.

1 md Carrot sliced 1/4 thick
1 md Onion sliced thin
1 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
2 tb Cider vinegar
2 bn Fresh spinach washed

Directions to make Beef Stir-Fry with Basil

Step 1:In a small saucepan, heat water to boiling, add couscous, cover and set aside.
Step 2:Continue stirring until vegetables are slightly cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Add basil, mustard, and vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Step 3:Reduce heat to low, toss spinach on top, cover and allow to steam 3 or 4 minutes. Serve over couscous.
