Grilled Bison Vegetable Skewers - This spectacular, BBQ meaty kabob recipe, is a very unique, and very delicious recipe. A homeamade, honey mustard glaze is added in the last minutes of grilling, giving the bison meat and vegetables added flavor. Yummy!

Ingredients to make Grilled Bison Vegetable Skewers
1/3 cup (75 ml) honey
3 tbsp (45 ml) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30 ml) finely chopped onion
2 tbsp (30 ml) apple juice or cider
dash cayenne pepper
1 egg
¼ cup (60 ml) dry bread crumbs
1 tsp (5 ml) Italian seasoning
1 tbsp (15 ml) minced fresh parsley
pepper to taste
1 lb (450 g) ground bison
1 block (1 ½ oz./30 ml) Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, cut into 12 cubes
12 small mushrooms, stems removed
1 medium green pepper, cut into pieces
1 medium sweet yellow or red pepper, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, cut into wedges

Ingredients to make All American Chicken Pasta Salad
Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing:
4 lg Garlic cloves
2 T Dried basil
1 1/2 t Sugar
1 T Dry mustard
3 T Fresh lemon juice
6 T Red wine vinegar
2 t Kosher salt
1 t Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/4 c Olive oil
2 ea Zucchinis, halved lengthwise, 1/2-inch pieces
6 oz Dried fusilli pasta
3 Cooked chicken breast halves,1/2-inch cubes
2 md Tomatoes, diced
3 Green onions, chopped
12 Black olives
1/4 c Toasted pine nuts
1/2 c Grated fresh parm cheese

Ingredients to make Fried Turkey and Rice
2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
2 cup long-grain white rice, cooked
1 cup green peas, thawed
2 cup turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
Directions to make Fried Turkey and Rice
In medium saucepan mix broth, basil, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and tomatoes. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in peas and turkey. Cover and cook 5 minutes more or until rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
