Ingredients to make Easy Bacon and Broccoli Quiche
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half & half milk
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
* Pre-cooked bacon makes it even quicker
Directions to make Easy Bacon and Broccoli Quiche
Step 1:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.
Step 2:Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble bacon.
Step 3:Stir 1/2 of bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway bet ween center and edge comes out clean. Top with remaining bacon. Top with remaining bacon.

Asparagas Ham Quiche - The ham and asparagas together, in this lovely, light quiche wiil win you taste buds over on the first bite! Next to no prep, and cooks in 30 minutes, wait till you try it.

Ingredients to make Asparagas Ham Quiche
2 pk Frozen cut asparagas, thawed (10 ounces each)
1 lb Fully cooked ham, chopped
2 c Shredded swiss cheese (8 oz)
1/2 c Chopped onion
6 Eggs
2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Buttermilk baking mix
2 tb Dried vegetable flakes
1/4 ts Pepper
Directions to make Asparagas Ham Quiche
Step 1:In two greased 9-in. pie plates, layer the asparagas, ham, cheese and onion
Step 2:In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagas mixture in each pie plate
Step 3:Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Bacon Quiches with Apple - If you have never had a meaty quiche with apple in it, you absolutely must try this one! They add just the right flavor and texture to this best recipe.

Ingredients to make Bacon Quiches with Apple
2 1/4 c Sifted flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Shortening
5 tb Cold milk
5 Eggs
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Diced Canadian bacon
2 c Thinly sliced apples
-(red Delicious apples) - (unpeeled)
1 tb Flour
1 3/4 c Half and half
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Caraway seeds
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
Directions to make Bacon Quiches with Apple
Step 1:Combine sifted flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in shortening until particles are size of peas. Sprinkle with about 5 tablespoons cold milk, adding just enough to make stiff dough. Shape into 6 balls. Roll out on lightly floured board to 6-inch circles and fit into 6 (5-inch) tart pans
Step 2:Fold edges under and build up high fluted rim. Pierce all over with fork tines.
Step 3:Separate 1 egg. Beat egg white lightly and brush over bottoms and sides of shells. Bake below center of oven at 425F 15 minutes.
Step 4:Meanwhile, melt butter and saute bacon 1 minute. Add apple slices, cover and cook about 10 minutes, until apples are almost translucent. beat remaining whole eggs with remaining egg yolk. Add flour, half and half, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, nutmeg, caraway seeds and dry mustard and mix well.
Step 5:Sprinkle cheese evenly among tart shells, top with apples and bacon. Pour egg mixture into shells.
Step 6:Bake at 375F about 30 minutes, or until set in center. Cool to lukewarm before cutting.
