Ground Beef Pepper Steak Patties - These ground beef patties and scrumptious sauce taste just like pepper steak. A very quick, easy, stovetop meal, it goes well with mashed potatoes or rice, as the soak up every last ounce of tasty sauce. Add your favorite fresh vegetable and you have a well balanced meal in minutes.

Ingredients to make Ground Beef Pepper Steak Patties
1 Lb. ground beef
1 Tsp. salt
1/8 Tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. margarine
2 Medium green peppers, cut in eighths
1 Small Clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions to make Ground Beef Pepper Steak Patties
Step 1:Mix ground beef, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Brown quickly on both sides in margarine in skillet. Remove patties to platter.
Step 2:Combine green peppers, garlic and soy sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange on platter with patties. Serve with additional sauce.
