Easy Cheesy Stuffed Burgers - These exquisite, meaty burgers have the cheese inside! You can’t see it, but we promise you will taste it, and it is scrumptious! Let us know if you agree.

Ingredients to make Easy Cheesy Stuffed Burgers
1/4 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
1 fresh hot chile pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons fesh coriander, chopped
Directions to make Easy Cheesy Stuffed Burgers
Step 1:Shred the cheese, seed and chop the chile pepper, combine. Slice the tomato; set aside.
Step 2:Shape the beef into 8 thin patties, put 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch to seal.
Step 3:Toast the bread. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers 6-8 minutes over medium heat for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4:Place cooked hamburgers on the toast and top with tomato slices and another slice of toast.
